Kansai-San’in Area pass is valid for unlimited travel in the valid area on the map
· Valid trains are below
– Reserved seats on SANYO SHINKANSEN (Shin-Osaka⇔Okayama)
· This pass can be used for “Hello Kitty Shinkansen.”
· Reserved seats on Limited Express Train HARUKA, YAKUMO, KONOTORI, SUPER HAKUTO, etc.
* For reserved seating, ensure you book your seats before boarding the train.
* Non-reserved seating is not available on trains with exclusively reserved seats.
– Special Rapid Services, Rapid Services, and Local trains on JR-WEST Conventional lines
· The pass is only valid on WEST JAPAN JR BUS route buses within the valid area. The pass cannot be used on expressway buses.
* These trains below cannot be used
– Bullet Train “TOKAIDO SHINKANSEN” (Shin-Osaka⇔Tokyo)
– Bullet Train “SANYO SHINKANSEN” (Okayama⇔Hakata)
– Bullet Train “KYUSHU SHINKANSEN” (Hakata⇔Kagoshima-Chuo)
– Paid seating services, such as A-seat, are available on Local, Rapid, and Special Rapid trains in the Kansai area.

Refund Policy
Receive your Japan Rail Pass: After completing the form and verification done, the staff will provide you with the actual Japan Rail Pass. The pass consists of a paper ticket and a small booklet containing important information about the pass, including rules and instructions.
Remember to keep your Japan Rail Pass with you at all times during your travel in Japan, as you may be required to show it to the staff when entering and exiting the train stations or boarding the trains.
