Kintetsu Rail Pass 1-Day

The Kintetsu Rail Pass 1-Day cover unlimited rides on five train lines, one cable car, and multiple bus routes.

The Kintetsu Rail Pass 1-Day offers the following primary advantages:
– One day of unlimited travel on Kintetsu train routes between Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara.
– Unlimited ride on a number of buses of Nara Kotsu bus services in a designated area.
– Discounted admission fees to a number of sites in and around Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka.

The Kashihara Line, Keihanna Line, Kyoto Line, Namba Line, and Nara Line are the train lines that accept the Kintetsu Rail Pass 1-Day.

Hozanji Temple and the Ikoma Sanjo Amusement Park can also be reached with the Kintetsu Rail Pass 1-Day via the Ikoma Cable Car. Additionally, the pass also allows for travel on several local Nara Kotsu bus services, primarily in and around Nara Park.

Kintetsu Rail Pass 2-Day

In addition to providing travel on a handful of smaller, regional lines, the 2-Day Pass (valid for two consecutive days) allows travel on all the same bus and train lines as the 1-Day Pass.

The Kintetsu Rail Pass 2-Day offers the following main advantages:
– Includes unrestricted use of the same buses, cable cars, and train lines as the Kintetsu Rail Pass for 1 Day, but with more coverage which comprises unlimited travel on 10 more, mainly regional train routes.
– It also includes direct rail service to Yoshino, one of the most breathtaking cherry blossom locations in Japan.

The Domyoji Line, Gose Line, Ikoma Line, Kashihara Line, Keihanna Line, Kyoto Line, Minami Osaka Line, Nagano Line, Namba Line, Nara Line, Osaka Line, Shiga Line, Tawaramoto Line, Tenri Line, and Yoshino Line are all train routes that can be ridden with the Kintetsu Rail Pass 2-Day.

Kintetsu Rail Pass 5-Day

Apart from Kintetsu Rail Pass 1 & 2-Day, Kintetsu also provides Kintetsu Rail Pass 5-Day on which cover just the same but more coverage up to Nagoya, Ise and Toba.

This pass also covers the alternatives other than Shinkansen for Osaka – Nagoya route with much lesser price. You can ride the very famous Limited Express Hinotori train directly from Osaka Namba Station to Kintetsu Nagoya Station with extra fee on which the pass already covered the base fare.

The Kintetsu Rail Pass is only available to tourists who are in Japan on a short-term temporary visiting visa. When purchasing the Kintetsu Rail Pass, you will be required to present your passport as proof that you are in Japan on a temporary visitor's visa. The pass is not available for Japanese residents or those staying in Japan for extended periods.

How can I ride the Kintetsu Limited Express by using Kintetsu Rail Pass?

Kintetsu Rail Pass already covered the base fares within the Kintetsu Line. You just need to pay Limited Express Fee only if you like to reserve seats inside the Kintetsu Limited Express Train. Please be advised that there are several special cabins and premium seats on which you need to pay additional on top of Limited Express Fee if you were to select them.
