Passengers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following conditions. The organizer shall be known as “ The Company ” in the conditions below.

Hotel Booking
1. The hotel prices shown are per room per night.
2. The prices are dynamic based on availability and may change from time to time. Please check the actual price shown on the Payment Details page.
3. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change.
4. Please note that we do not charge a cancellation or change fee. If the property charges such fees under its own policy, the cost will be passed on to you.
5. If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, please communicate this (timely / promptly) with the hotel directly to avoid cancellation of your reservation or room or charge of the no-show fee. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or no show.
6. NO SHOW will incur 100% charge. No refund for unutilised nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
7. All special requests are subject to availability upon arrival.
8. Changes of dates or name are not allowed once reservation(s) has been confirmed. You have to cancel and make a fresh reservation based on prevailing rates.
9. The Company disclaims any liability or responsibility for any communication with the hotel. The Company cannot guarantee that any request or communication (e.g. complaint) will be (duly and timely) received/read by, complied with, executed or accepted by the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation Bookings
Reservations with free cancellation can be canceled for a full refund as long as the cancellation is made before the free cancellation date. If you cancel after the free cancellation date, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee may vary and depends on your hotel's policy. Non-Refundable Bookings

Refund Policies
1.(Refund request within 90 days from the date of purchase) After you have successfully requested a refund, allow up to 14days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
2.(Refund request 90 days after the date of purchase) The refund will be processed through online banking only. Allow up to 14days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
